I visited B M Thakur Law college in the evening of the 16th December 1985 and I was so delighted that I express in the words of Wordsworth.
"It was a beautious evening calm and free.
The Holy time was free as a Num."
The college is a shooting force, a dynamic achievement, a progressing event and thus bound to turn into an university like complex. My good wishes for all time to come

It was a pleasure to be here in connection with the inauguration of two class rooms constructed under U.G.C. grant. The principal 7 staff have take pains to get the college a place in teaching of law. I am sure in years to come the college will attain a place in the teaching of law in the country.

It is a matter of great pleasure for me to visit B.M.T. College for Law at Purnia which is named after one of the leading lawyers of Bihar. I happened to visit B.M. Thakur Law College, Purnia today the 5th of March 08, I was moved around the entire building and I am impressed by the wonderful infrastructure of this academic center of law.

The infra-structure of this Law college is very impressive. Its Principal and Faculties are a deeply dedicated lot. It was my pleasure to be at the B.M.T Law college in connection with the Silver Jubilee celebration of the college. The college has maintained a high standard of teaching and professional training. The Principal of the College Sri Birendra Mohan Thakur should be congratulated for his hard work.

We the members of B.C.I. after inspecting the B.N. Mandal University and other two law colleges came last night and inspected the B.M Thakur Law College and found that this institution is one of the best institutions of the Country imparting legal education.
