The College building is one of the most important building in its outlook in the city expanding in three acres of land. it is well built and protected by the boundary walls. The location is in the peaceful area where there is no disturbance. The building has all the facilities for the upliftment of the College. It has class rooms, library, Principal's chamber, Teachers' room, Guest room, Offices, Playground, Sports facilities (both indoor and outdoor), Women's' Hostel, Quarters for Staff and above all the majestic dignified auditorium. This is one of the best auditorium in the City built up in the memory of Kumar Adyanand Sinha.
